Temporary Hold

Automatically holds sent emails for a customizable period (e.g., 5 minutes). If you notice a mistake, you can cancel the delivery immediately.

Attachment Encryption

Files attached to emails are automatically converted into password-protected ZIP files. The password is sent to the recipient in a separate email.

Web Download for Attachments

Large files are automatically detached from the email and uploaded to a secure web server. The recipient receives a download link instead, preventing mailbox overflow.

Bcc Forced Conversion

To prevent privacy leaks, the system automatically converts "To" and "Cc" recipients to "Bcc" if the number of recipients exceeds a set threshold.

Supervisor Approval

Emails containing specific keywords or attachments can be routed to a supervisor for approval before they are officially sent.

Send Rejection (Filtering)

The system can block emails entirely if they violate company policy, such as sending to personal addresses (Gmail, Yahoo) or containing sensitive keywords like "Confidential".
